Short answer, YES.
Stay away from this site. It is as bad as Ashley Madison and Asia Me, both of which are nothing but frauds and scammers as well. If you are looking for a sex date(?) any place will do. But if you are looking for a relationship go grocery shopping in an area that you like and keep your eyes open. I have met some really nice women there.
