Why is AD refusing to replace defective pieces that I received in my order?

They absolutely will not replace anything defective. I ordered 5 pho beams over $4400 and they would not replace a damaged beam. This company is very bad. Beware.

They ripped me off. I bought samples thinking I could refund once I made a decision. The product looked terrible, there was no way I was going to put this on my house. So I tried to return, and they could only credit. Once you see the product, you are not going to buy, so you are stuck with samples. It is racket. Do not buy from Architectural Depot.
