DO NOT BUY FROM BANGOOD. HORRIBLE! RIPOFF!
I ordered the nokia n97 and the quality of the phone is very bad. It started just randomly turning off every time I try to make a call just two weeks after I had the phone. Not only did Bangood not want to communicate but they wanted me to pay for 2 way shipping AND a fee to have the phone fixed. They have cheap prices but the quality of their products is cheap as well. NOT WORTH IT

DO BUY FROM THIS SITE. The quality of there work is horrible, not to mention that the dress came with stains and I was sent a size 4, when we went by their charts and it was a size 8 that I ordered. They then tried to convince me they sent the right dress and for 2 hours I sent picture after picture proving them wrong and the best they could do was say sorry but you'll only get some of your money back. Not to mention I seriously doubt that they understood much English. Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, they're just after your money.

Run! You dont want to do business with these people. I'm down $119 from a defective product. And the Customer service is a smoke screen. It should be called customer NO Service.

I too just received my hiphone from banggood and is faulty before i even used it. The screen is constantly shaking and u press a button when you can and something else opens. We cannot callibrate it and is totally off set. I have sent atleast 15 emails and 2 videos and occasionally i receive one back from them not acknowledging that the phone is faulty or answering my questions of what they will do about replacing my phone, I have asked several times for a number so i can call them and given them my number in 6 messages just to sort out this issue but still no luck. I feel very frustrated with the lack of communication. I feel that they are just avoiding the issue because they already have the money. Paypal may be my next option to open up a dispute (but only within 45days). Has anyone found a contact number because i have googled so hard but just can't find one for them. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

There customer service is horrible.

I also order a shoulder bag and money was taken from my account on Oct 7 and still on Oct 20 I did not received my order. Last time I order from this Company.

My experience has been awful also. I should have done more checking before I ordered from them. Get the word out everybody. I am.

It's hard to say. Their business model is to scam their customers, so as of the beginning of February, they're still operational. However, just like any scam company, they could be gone in an instant any day.

It's safer to assume that they're not operational and to tell people that they're not operational so no one else gets scammed trying to buy from them.

Do not do business with Banggood. They sent me the wrong items and on top of that they were defective. Refused to change the merchandise for the correct one. Will never do business with them again.

I am really stumped, i believe you guys and everything, how ever, i had exactly 45 pleasant transactions with this company based in Hong Kong. My orders were mostly electronics stuff, even when in maybe two instances some screens shattered i was well taken care off, promptly. Also when i compare local prices with these which are btw shipped across the world it is no brainer. In these transactions i have spent maybe 10% of what i would spent in my country for exactly same things. Have you ever wondered that you are just ordering wrong stuff.
