Hi, I ordered 1 barxbuddy from your site, you took two payments from my account and now will not reply to my emails

Contact your credit card company and ask for the "disputes department". Explain what happened. They will take over the complaint for you. This is fraud!

This is a business that is taking advantage of ppl that go to their site and make purchases. Cancel the credit card you put your order on with them. They keep putting additional amounts/charges on your credit without your permission. This is FRAUD. Cancel the credit card you used with them; then phone the "dispute dept". Of your credit card company. Give them the details of you experience with BarxBuddy. They will look after you.
