Good luck with that. You'll end up paying more for a lawyer than you'll ever save disputing the charges and they count on that. I got scammed hard by them. Just pay them off and chalk it up to a lesson learned. They always win. They lie to you. They lie to the debt collector and they're rich - so they can hold out longer than you can.

Pay them off and walk away - poorer but wiser.

I don't think you will get anywhere and they know this, its all in writing to protect them. Sad that their entire business model is based on suckering small business who are trying to find new ways to reach customers.

Yes I would like to know what can be done to start a class action lawsuit against this company. The are scam artist. The lady that supposedly was helping me was trying to sound all sweet and helpful and relating to me like we were friends for life, only to stab me in the back with lies and never following through with the promise she made to call back and 'train" me on the tools!
