Very easy, had an issue and they solved it immediately

We spoke to a very competent service advisor on the telephone who was able to answer our questions about measuring & fitting Perfect Fit blinds to patio doors.

They'll reply once and then never again - be warned.

It's not easy to get hold of an agent and when you do they are rude and not very helpful

Very easy. Had problem with one blind being damaged during delivery, but was replaced with no fuss.
