They blocked my little 300$ and asked to be re-verified KYC and bank statements of transactions from 2022. I did provide all that, got verified and they told me that they will close my account and refund my crypto. It been 3 months since open the ticket and 2 weeks since I wait for my refund and no response from their customer support. If I open new ticket they are closing it and they told me to refer to the open one.: and there no response no auction!
Ticket nr: #4909611. I work very hard for this little amount but it's my money and Afther providing prof of funds they still don't release it. Statements of transactions etc.

I've been using it for more than 5 years. Sometimes questions arise, but the support service quickly resolves the issues
