Sure, Paul. It's waterproof. Go swimming all you want. Gosh, for fifty bucks, too! By the way, there's a Nigerian on the internet who has a great deal for you, also.

Hi Paul,
I’m not a watch expert, but I wouldn’t go near water with a Chinese knock-off watch. If you buy an original watch (at about 100 times the price), the protection is as follows: 30 m (3 ATM) = rain and splash proof; 50 m (5 ATM) = shower proof; 100 m (100 ATM) = okay for swimming and free diving; 150 m (150 ATM) or more = okay for scuba diving.
