You hears right. They probably have a partner warehouse that helps them ship in California, but the company is definitely not based in the US

We apologies for your experience we do charge a shipping fee and 95$ is only for our motorhome covers

My cover lasted only six months before tearing and falling apart. When I requested another one, customer service asked me to pay $95 for S&H, which was about what I paid for the original product.
