To finally get a response, I spammed their inbox with over 100 messages. They replied that same day.

One off their private #'s is 925-226-9988; also 800-240-6188 and 415-419-8787. Did you try emailing them @support@cardpool.com. Did you contact your bank/credit card issuer?
