I forgot the website that is billing me. It was a sight that said they would build a web sight for free. Hiding the fact the in three month that would start billing me for support. I forgot about the web site until ccbill (works like paypal) billedl me. I have not seen the refund yet ccbill said I have to wait till around 8-12-2011. I advices anyone to stay away from ccbill. If you are going to pay for something on line check and see if ccbill is being used.
