What is Chico size equivalent to 16-18 size?

The fit seemed good until I wore them once. They stretched out so much and so fast that I was pulling them up all day. It was so uncomfortable and I contacted them to see if I could exchange or get a credit and they would not do it.

Size 16- is a size 3. Size 18 is a size 4. But because most of the pants have an elastic waist people can get away with a size 3 if you are a size 16-18

Their sizes run from a size 2 to a 18. But their jeans and jeggings stretch and bag out fast.
