That's a lie they do not accept return or exchange. I wish someone wrote a review about this fraud company I lost $60] and I have no wedding dress

We provide full Store Credit as long as the product is received in new condition. Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit if shipping was complimentary at checkout.
