I am currently working with Diamondere designers to make a custom design for me. It is completely unique engagement ring and yet they promise me doorstep delivery in 20 days. Can i trust this deadline since I have made plans already?

Asuming they can get the ring correct. I have had to send my stock ring back twice because it lacks any of the intricate detail shown on the site.

Yes you can with expedited service ($95). My BF ordered on 5/11 and it arrived 5/26. Shipping originated in India on 5/21, went to Germany, then into Philadelphia PA, Louisville, KY and arrived in MD on 5/26, holiday included in this time frame!
