Real bad CS and will intentionally misguide you. And you can't get a refund beyond store credit.

Do not order from them. They are a real gamble on quality and you won't be able to get your money back. If you plan to order from somewhere secondhand I would recommend you at least read through the warranty and return policy to make sure its legit
