Moderately easy. In my experience, 80% of the time it takes them a few hours to respond initially, then their responses are pretty quick. 20% of the time, they respond right away. I don't expect them to be constantly available every second of the day, though.

First, it was the truly impressive flexibility with customization that their builder and theme offer a creative person like myself. Second, it was the top-notch support. They do a great job of clearly explaining how to do things and their newsletter is a must. LOTS of useful tips. And lastly, I was impressed with the continuous innovations to their theme and builder. They are consistently excellent.
