Need to pull my free annual credit report from all 3 agencies, once payment is made do I get it right away?

You are entitled By law, to receive your credit report once a year for free, and it includes all 3 agencies. Be wary of paying for your report, they typically enroll you automatically in a yearly subscription, without proper notifications. There was a class action suit a few years back about this very thing. You can get your Equifax and TransUnion credit reports for free from CreditKarma.com
