I have been ordering from eShakti for over 12 months ( something like 25 dresses). I have never had a problem. Customer Service has always been great. Quick to respond and very accomodating. Even adding a deisgn I requested to Fabric Customisation. Winning! I have only had to return 1 dress and it was easy and I got a full refund. I am in Sydney, Australia and my orders always arive in 10-14 days without fail. You can track the progress of your order online.

They have great customer service. If you use your customer measures, you will receive the best dresses you will ever own! If there is anything wrong with a dress, they do accept returns and they send you prepaid label. They make great quality clothing! I totally recommend them! I live in the USA and their orders arrive in about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks.

I use the customized ordering - a lot of measuring at first, but no surprises in the end.

Please read through the description before you order to see if it is the material or style, you would prefer. They have explained each style quite in detail. One will not go wrong if we have read the description. The material used is good & the craftsmanship is amazing.
