I never tried to contact customer service, but after I received my package, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I had 0 problems shopping with them, shipping, quality, size, or otherwise. Just read the shipping descriptions (they caution you that it can take a while) and the size charts (maybe go up a size), and you'll be fine.

Yes they reply, but their products are trash and a scam. Do not buy from them

To say they have CS is a lie. Im on day 32 on no order and i have stressed that i just want a return now and they havent even shipped my items yet. NOTHING NO RESPONSE, except auto responses it seems like i said to them they are terrible company and they responded THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. Dont shop there
