Question:

Why can I not get a customer service rep to answer the phone? I have been calling for 2 days. After a few min. you have to leave a message.

Answer:
We have seen a huge increase in sales and call volume recently. We are doing all we can to answer all voicemails and emails in a very timely manner. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Why is there never an answer when I call the direct line? I have questions about placing an order from a sample I received.

Most fabrics ship with in 1 business day. There are a few fabrics that ship from the manufacturer but it will be noted on the item for shipping time.

I ordered some fabric samples and somehow also ordered 1 yd of a fabric which I didn't intend to--I just wanted samples. I actually found some fabric on sale that I bought even before I got the samples because I was in a hurry to get the project done for my outdoor furniture. Just wondering if any of this is returnable? My order number: 1276433 Thank you.

Question:

Do you offer exchange? I ordered fabric that looks like a very different shade in person and want to send it back and get a red outdoor fabric instead. Do I just return this blue one and place a new order? It took 10 days to get the blue and I don't want to wait for 20 days to return and then get a new one after.

Answer:
Yes, you can return the fabric for a refund of the cost of the fabric. What I would suggest is go ahead and purchase the other fabric you need and then we will refund the other fabric when it is returned and inspected. Edward

Question:

I am interested in a fabric CODE: 2802 97.3 but I can't find what the fabric content is?

Answer:
I am sorry but the exact content for this fabric is unknown because it was not sent with it. I would guess it to be a poly, cotton and maybe some rayon blend of materials. I hope this helps.
