Hi there! We are not part of the bbb. We were approached by them to pay a yearly fee in exchange for a listing with an a positive rating. We didn't find this ethical and did not move forward with them. If this eases your mind, the only way we accept payment is via credit card. As you probably know you can dispute a charge with your credit card company if you do not receive services paid for... I don't believe lawyers would be necessary with protection from your credit card company. We do stand behind our service and willingly refund in any case should you not be approved into the community selected and agreed upon. PS- bbb doesn't make a business legit or not, the people working for the business do and their integrity. It's very hard to decipher this doing business on the internet we recommend doing your research and checking out not only 1 review site, but multiple ones... It appears lots of illegitimate companies that try to duplicate what we have been going for 12 years now give the same pitch to unsuspecting customers in order to scam them out of money. What I can tell you is that we never charge upfront application fees to see if we can assist. We never take payments without a contract, and never on our website or on a form. We do not take cash apps or cash to our account. Before you pay a penny we always give you quote upfront for our service and your apartment so you can decide whether you want to move forward or not...

Hi, we do not do houses, we specialize in luxury apartments, average prices are $1500 and up throughout the USA. Some markets such as CA, NY, WA are much higher. We use current income and affordability at 35% of your net income (after taxes are taken out) - $250 to give a rent amount you are qualified for. Please see our website for details on what we accept, and what we do not... we do not check credit but do a pretty intense employment screening. Currently due to losses we incurred due to COVID, we are not taking any self employed persons.

Sorry we only assist with credit issues. The criminal screening is out of our control. Im so sorry but we have to tell the properties who is living there and we are not allowed to screen for the property, only they do this themselves
