My experience was the exact opposite of these. Everyone I've dealt with was very courteous and polite. They arrived on time, did exactly as they promised, and I have absolutely no complaints or reservations about continuing my service with them.

They often time their treatments to correspond with pest activity. If i feel treatment is too soon from last one, I call and reschedule

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They will trick you into signing up for a "package," NOT PROVIDE WHAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR, then charge you $200 for trying to cancel. AVOID.

Terrible service-rude and obnoxious-not recommended-

My experience is that it is legit but disorganised and badly run.

Scam they don't provide the services you pay for. When asked they say we can come back out but still don't provide the services payed for.

They have been a legit company for as long I have gotten service from them. 1 year and counting!

Definitely not a scam! Very professional and provided excellent service to my home and very hospitable team members all around from sales to hands on spray techs. Pleased and happy with their service and will definitely continue my business with the company!
