They grabbed the credit card from passengers, of course, they will take as much money as possible from your bank account. They are scammers they use their own account when purchasing tickets to ensure that if you do apply for a refund from the actual airline that they will keep your money until you complain and I mean alot then they will take fee after fee, let alone we are entitled to a full refund during a Pandemic in truth they are going to get sued and their name has been tarnished already I will be contacting the airlines about their fraud
