After editing my logo I am not able to download it. It asks me to pay again! No response to email or fb massages. Any other way to contact them?

Thanks for your question. We replied to your email that was sent yesterday. Did you not receive our message?
To answer your question here, you aren't required to make another payment. Click the edit button below your purchased logo thumbnail (that's the one with the download and edit button underneath), make your changes and then click save. You can then download your new version from your account page. Please email us at info [at] graphicsprings.com should you have any other questions.
