I bought from Heirloom Roses because of the amazingly beautiful selection of roses they offer plus their customer service is beyond excellent.

I bought Heirloom because I have had excellent customer service and a ton of success. I follow their steps and use only their products during the first year of growth. I had no trouble initiating a warranty claim and choosing another rose of my choice regardless of whether my original was in stock.

I bought since they offered a warranty... didn't realize they were joking.
