Is HelloFax a scam or a legit company?

Answer:
Hellofax is a scam. They double charged me for a fax that was never sent.

Answer:
It is impossible to get a response from anyone in my experience.

Have any of you used hellofax? Does the fax have any ads, hellofax logos, or cover pages on it, or does it appear like a normal, plain, clean fax?

Answer:
Don't know because my attempt to use hellofax wasn't delivered. Was charged twice though and was never able to get ahold of customer support.
