If you go to their website to they have a 5 star rating. However, in my opinion, that is because if you checked out as a guest, you can't login to the site to view your order much less leave a review. In my experience, there's a reason a company has bad reviews. This company is not a beginning mom & pop store, there's no reason they should be greedy and charge for returns. As for quality, the store is tailored around the teen/early 20's age group, who are still learning how to be savvy, informed consumers.

Legit i buy all the time from them. Especially their jeans. They have a great variety. Although, they have a big ego and it shows on most of their clothes. I personally don't like tops that have the shop name on them, but Hollister is a brand ig so yea. But i like their jeans.

Just a horrible customer service experience over the email, in the store. No refunds yet and kept getting the same reply over and over again.
