Is it possible to pay a flat fee for a lady's personaly information the same way you pay for a date? I take it that two people can exchange personal info on a date, so I am wondering if one can just pay the date fee and get a lady's phone number for instance.

As with the others I would agree. Its a money making scam. If they were operating in the UK (and I guess the US) they would have been arrested by now. There are good sites around. This is not one of them. PS I am married to a Vietnam girl found on another site

You will never get to meet them face to face but it will cost you hundreds, possibly even thousands of dollars to find that out. Stay away from this site.
