Well at the beginning the earning potential was not so good because surveys only came by mail, but they always paid me when asked for the reward.
Now is crazy the potential, i got more than 800 surveys every day to complete, most of then i classify easily because i filled my profile at100% and surveys are targeted for me.
I would definitely recommend this surveys panel

Is pretty easy, i have been a member for 3 years, in that time i contacted their support like 5 or 6 times, always get a reply in less than 24 h, friendly support and usually only takes 1 contact to fix the issue
