How long does shipment take to be delivered and why can i not track my order it does not allow me to.How long for an email response?

A: It usually takes 2-3 days for order processing and 3-5 days for delivery. However, due to COVID-19, international flights are largely influenced, order delivery time will be 8-10 days longer than normal occasions. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
