Refund or trade coin please.
This is the most basic function. It should be simple to fix, but it has consumed more of MY time than it is worth. If you add a couple of additional trade coins, it would not compensate, but it would recover some good will.

Maybe they paid them to not post it.
I remember one time I reviewed a restaurant because I wasn't really happy with the food and the owner / manager of the restaurant had the gall to tell me that his food was great.
I quickly reminded him that the review process is not for his opinion of his business but the consumers opinion of his business.
