Hi, I purchased 2 bags ( Kate spade cadet street racing stripe Cali and Irini clove street leather cross body bag) on 2 feb'17 from www.katespade.net.au worth $197 .. for which I got confirmation payment mail on the same day .. I have 2 question about my purchase : First; instead of taking $197 from my account.. i found out that the billing company had actually taken $216 .. and now when I'm tracking my order (Ksau-518) the total price of the bag is showing $171.98 this made me really suspicious about the product and the website . My second question is ; whenever I'm tracking my product through the website it says "please allow 1-5 days to process" but it's been more then 12 days.. and I haven't seen any change in status about the order. though Order status says- pay success. Because this website says " official online Kate spade website" I'm hoping I won't be getting a fake or pre-owned bag.
