I am about to purchase a Lab pup from Eldon Hoover, Bethel Pa. Is he a reputable breeder?

Hi Bill. We have been dealing with Eldon for a little over 3 years now. We have never had any complaints about him and I'm pretty sure he just has a couple of Lab dogs. I think you will be happy with your decision! Let me know how you make out. Thanks!
