How can I get a street address for my private land for discreet RV living. The county requiring a structure. Can a personal contractor get it?

Hi Patrick - to get an address assigned for a property is all done through the County/City, so the rules will be dependent on what they require. If the County is saying that they require a structure or building permits in order to assign an address then unfortunately there isn't any way around that.
