How come you dont pay contractors what you owe them and also it sais 9 days in the contract.but you dont call or email the contractor you just dont answer...Explain any of this...

All contractors are paid unless the customer says the contractor did not do the work and requests a refund. Contractors work for the customer not LawnMowingOnline.com. Message the customer and ask why they cancelled and requested a refund.
