LawnStarter.com does not employ lawn guys. They use contractors that might be in the area and willing to do the work. Neither are responsible for property damages like sprinklers, shattered windows, etc.

Their app is really confusing. Like really confusing. You don't get paid for like a week later. If you get a picky customer, forget about it, you just won't get paid

Not very well, they take a whopping 20% cut of the contractors pay when the contractor is putting in the vehicle, gas, equipment and labor.
