A scam definitely. The most unethical company overcharging you by adjusting ypur time. Then they access your personal history and adjust it there if you complain. Time yourself using a stopwatch and you will see how time flies for Life Reader; twice faster vs your time:-).

Don't! Go to sites like Keen who have a better refund policy, the ability to save chat transcripts so you can access them later, friendly (non abusive) staff who reply within 24 hours, an ethical brand with trustworthy staff, the list goes on and on...
