Not a scam for me! I have received most items so far. Just waiting on a custom order and petticoats now.

Answer:
I have never had a problem with them answering my messages or emails. Yes it may take a day or two due to time difference but they have Always gotten back with me and I have sent a ton of messages about custom size dress, about shoes, etc. we even worked out a way for me to get some items before the custom order was done!
