Its not, emailed over 5 times, called like crazy, and they don't want to help you once you place a order they have your money your not getting it back. Its not like other companies in Nebraska they suck and cheat you!

They said they'd wait for more pics of dead trees I received. Must be a scripted moron customer service rep. They send inferior trees and do not do good on them. I learned they are a drop ship company on top of it. Do not believe are positive reviews you see on them. Not real.
