How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Nautica?

Very difficult be ready to wait on the phone. Poor training and agents are not there to help but just to explain why they cannot help.
They provide terrible service. It's a shame because i like their product and I have been buying Nautica for years but no more.

You can find the number online by googling Nautica. Customer Service phone number. Long wait time and totally incompetent people. They are distracted from reading their script and totally unhelpful. Don't waste your time.

Almost Impossible
There is no option for customer service for issues other than.
1) Place an order
2) Inquire about order already placed
3) Rewards
These are the only 3 options available when calling Nautica's customer service number. You will need to select one of the three to be able to speak to some. Shows that Nautica is ONLY interested in responding to making $$$ I tried to contact them to report their website was down this morning and experienced the above...
