Useless customer service as they just call to understand the issue and don't come up with a solution

You register for free on their website and they will flood your mail box with irrelevant promotional content and then slowly start threatening you that tenants will not see your property advt if you do not buy a paid service. You will also start getting numerous spam phone calls where they keep threatening you that unless you pay them, you will not get tenant
