Thank you for your email and for being patient with us. We are working through over 40,000 orders and have 24/7 staff to cater for the influx of orders. If you have placed an order with us prior to JAN 5th then we are working hard to get it out and we expect there to be a 5-7 business day delay. We have SOLD OUT the stock online in order to make sure you are prioritized to ship your order. If you would like your order cancelled please let us know.
