I had a seller ask me to send it union or walmart to walmart? I question this, should I trust this? My gut tells me not to?

The Buyer Tips on Puppies.com states 'Do not make any payments through cash-transfer apps or services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. Once this payment leaves your hands, there is no recourse for recovery or refund. Using a credit card is highly recommended so that you can dispute the transaction if something goes wrong.'
