Don't do it. It's not worth your time. Free is too much to pay for this piece of CRAP.

I have QLink Free Government Service and it works GREAT. The people complaining about the Free Government Service most likely don't qualify to have free services. As I received my SIM card kit came before the date it was supposed to. And the SIM card was VERY easy to install. So don't listen to the negative reviews. I'm telling you I'm real and the Free Government Service works fine for people that qualify.

Don't do it! Q-Link is a scam operation. Reps lie all the time from their script and there is no such thing as customer service.

I'm not sure why certain people are not happy with Q-link. I applied received my sim & kit quickly. Set-up was simple. My service works great and I'm always on my phone. The service is 100% free, if you qualify. Kept my phone and number. Super happy with Q-Link!

I didn't want to buy a phone from Qlink so ended up buying iPhone SE 1st gen on eBay. It works just fine on Qlink and I love my free minutes. Can't beat free.

Dont do it they charged me and never sent it out and wouldnt give me a refund or a replacement phone then tried to sell me another one
