I agree with the previous answer I had SafeLink years ago it takes forever to get it's not as good a service I couldn't get calls inside of my residence. It was terrible I would definitely go with QLink it's so much better in so many ways I don't think there's a question here really. They even sent me a free tablet or I think it was $5 although it's older and it's slow it's free and it does work. You have to make sure you connect it to LTE or 4G rather than 5G it is not a 5G tablet nor I don't believe the phone is either it's 4G also.

No, safelink is not better just try talking to a real person, call them and see for your self it takes forever to get something done with Safelink, I know because I was a customer of there's. I joined up with Qlink and what a different world! I will be staying with Qlink, thanks Qlink.
