I got a bike. It wasn't the right size. I received one answer in the phone in two dozen calls ( after dozens more I realize getting an answer was a fluke) and she said she was sending the return number but didn't. They can say whatever they want cause they don't answer phone, online chat or email once they have your money. Bad at business or scammer or both? I don't know. I just know that the result is that I'm stuck with a bike that is only too large because their chart is inaccurate and they don't care about customers after they get your money.
