The icons are all grayed out. I cannot fix this. Netflix told me to refresh the program. Tell me how to fix this.

If you don't have your Roku set up to automatically update under system settings then that would definitely help. I would try that first and see if it works. You can also go to the channel icon ie: Netflix and instead of entering hit the * and you'll get a pop up with different options, choose update and see if that helps. The icons should not be grayed out... just saw the date on this and went oh welllll...
