Legitimate website. Obviously, this site can't control who uses it but they verify phone numbers and you can call prospective roommates. I found the website to be extremely valuable. There is no charge to use it and I found a nice roommate on it.

It is a legit app. It is. I will say this, just be hypervigilant about everything when it comes to renting.
