If I was you I will stop everythings involving with Amazon and find others platforms to sell my products.
Usually it takes 2-3 weeks under reviews. In your case 46 days it means there is a probleme. But this is only the 1st problems tons will come, TONS.

I would complain to the AG for Washington and copy Customer service.
Worst case (if you can) set up a new bank account.
You will be extremely lucky if you get a real person to speak with you. Good luck.
