I cannot log into my account. When I enter my log-in information into the log-in screen the log-in screen just refreshes and does not log me in. There is no message that I have used an incorrect password. I just tried to submit a customer service inquiry through the website and received the message that there was an error submitting the form but no direction on what to do next.
